Overview
Leading Product Design on Workflows at Primer, the platform's most strategic surface. Workflows is where merchants orchestrate end-to-end payment logic across processors, networks & risk providers. A deeply complex, data-heavy product: thousands of transactions, configurable rules, branching conditions, failure paths. Surfaced clearly without overwhelming the user. Shipped rule builders, conditional-logic flows, orchestration surfaces, 3DS challenge flows, and fraud detection features. Interaction craft on top of a hard technical layer, built for highly non technical users without losing approachability. Contributed to the foundational design system as the company scaled.

Impact
Shipped three release milestones: POC, Beta, V1. Onboarded the platform's first success stories, Voi and Klarna. Scaled the design organisation from 1 to 10+ in less than twelve months. Workflows moved from concept to the platform's most strategic revenue surface.
