Overview
Consulting design partner for an early-stage energy product team. Three parallel tracks: UX audit & simplification of the onboarding flow, a tokenized design system built ground-up & shipped directly to the codebase, and a marketing site designed & built in a day. Core flow screens & a Figma Make prototype gave the team a tactile way to validate flow improvements before engineering handoff.

Impact
Self-serve onboarding became navigable in minutes, not days, so new users could complete sign-up without a sales handhold. The tokenized design system shipped straight to code, removing the spec-doc bottleneck for that layer. Marketing site went live before the launch window opened. The team kept iterating at speed after the engagement closed.
