III. Terms
Kept short, and the same for everyone
TO BOOK
Half of the total holds your date; the rest is paid by bank transfer 72 hours before the event.
DEPOSIT
200€, returned once the space is handed back as it was found.
CANCELLING
Refunded in full up to 14 days before, and by half up to 7 days before.
MEMBERS
Residents of the house hire the gallery at 15% less.
CLEANING
We offer cleaning services depending on the type of event, but if the place is not returned as it was found a fee of 150€ will be added
THE KITCHEN
A small electric oven and a dishwasher, but no full-size oven.
HOURS
Weekends from 09:00 to 22:00. Weekdays on request.
FOOD
We work with food projects we trust, who can cook and serve for your event.
SET DESIGN
The studio can design and dress the space for your event, quoted with your booking.
INCLUDED
Tables and chairs, and glassware if you need it.
